Refund Policy - the basics
At BeanBank, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality coffee products and accessories. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

1. Returns for Coffee & Consumable Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food-related products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

You may request a refund or replacement only if:
• The product arrived damaged, expired, or in poor condition
• You received the wrong item or size
• The package was never opened but you wish to return it within 7 days of receiving it

2. Returns for Accessories
Non-consumable items such as cups, kettles, grinders, or other accessories can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are:
• Unused and in their original packaging
• Free from damage or signs of wear

3. Refund Process
• Contact our support team via WhatsApp on +201070092577 within the applicable return period
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
• Once approved, you can return the product via courier or drop-off point (shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error)
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or InstaPay.

4. Important Notes
• We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery
• Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
• All refund decisions comply with Egypt’s Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018
